What makes a really good Story?

Storytelling is an art and a tradition that can be traced back to the very beginnings of human communication. It is the heart of all great tales, whether they were written down or passed on orally through generations. Stories connect us all; they are inherently relatable, and they allow us to see life from another perspective.

House of Lundi is a production company focused on storytelling. We explore the vast archives of knowledge and ideas across the ages in search of amazing stories. Just as oral tradition is the cultural knowledge and information that has been passed down through speech from one generation to the next, House of Lundi carefully selects stories to share with you.

Some stories in the House of Lundi collection are original work by our artists. Other stories in the House of Lundi Collection are celebrated classics that have been curated, restored, and enhanced with original illustrations and commentary.

In 2021, House of Lundi published classics by Mark Twain, Edgar Allen Poe, Zora Neal Hurston, as well as a new edition of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland with over 30 color illustrations.
